EASY TO INSTALL & EASY MAINTENANCE

The fixed ultrafiltration unit is installed in a special container with a  weight of maximum 4 tons; the container is placed on an 10 by 10 square meter concrete slab, 30 centimeters thick, through which the various electrical cables and pipes pass in sheaths.

The ultrafiltration unit is fitted with a motor and is self-contained so long as the water catchment is less than 25 meters away and no more than 7 meters deep.

If the catchment is further away or deeper, the ultrafiltration unit must be fitted  with a self-contained lifting and discharge system (with a maximum depth of 220 meters) which we can also supply.

The fixed ultrafiltration unit is installed in a ten-foot container with a total weight of 1850 kilos; the container is placed on an 8 by 8 metre square concrete slab, 30 centimetres thick, through which the various electrical cables and pipes pass in sheaths.

The ultrafiltration unit is fitted with a motor and is self-contained so long as the water catchment is less than 25 metres away and no more than 7 metres deep. If the catchment is further away or deeper, the ultrafiltration unit must be fitted with a self-contained lifting and discharge system (with a maximum depth of 220 metres) which we can also supply.

 

DISTRIBUTION 

 

The water can be distributed free or for a charge.

If a charge is to be made for the water supply, we propose three systems:

1. The ultrafiltration unit is fitted with a magnetic card reader and the cards can be sold, for example, on behalf of the local water company and consumers can buy them at designated points of sale; the magnetic card can be loaded with units corresponding to a quantity of water (for example 10 litres); each time 10 litres are taken, the magnetic card runs down by a unit;
2. The ultrafiltration unit can supply the water to each house through connecting pipes; a meter can be installed and read regularly so that each household is invoiced for its actual consumption;
3. The members of a single community using the ultrafiltration unit can pay a monthly charge unrelated to consumption; this system has the advantage of being simple.
